If you want to, you can extract the files from the .lzh file yourself, but be sure to install the fonts or everything will look funny.

Z, space bar, Enter key: select, confirm
X, Esc key: cancel, menu
F12: Quits back to the main menu
F4: Toggles fullscreen/windowed modes
